The blades are rather simple to replace. The price tag of replacement components is a bit high, taking into consideration the expense of the complete helicopter package. I broke eight lower blades and 1 upper blade in two months. You get two upper blades and two lower blades in a package for around $3 USD + SH. So it would be good if they sold either a set of four upper or four lower blades in a package, but they don't.
The item is fine but however the helicopter toy does not function appropriately, namely, does not fly. It is rather a pity for me.
