Consumer Critiques

Having pretty significantly mastered the co-axial,S107 I decided to attempt out the Air Max 9103 fixed pitch Heli. This copter is a complete diverse animal. It's particularly aggresive compared to the S107 but not practically as stable and percise. I do not know if I got a bad heli, but to commence out the LED light was not working. My 1st flight, it took off and hit the best of the garage door and slammed to the floor. The plastic Head cover broke as well as the cabin lock which holds the head cover in spot. The heli took off so fast that it did not even give me a chance to trim it out. Glued the head cover as well as the cabin lock and tried once again. The heli is really unstable as it tends to drift to the side. I have the rudder stick all the way forward and it doesn't go anyplace. When i hit the left or right rudder, it wants to orbit very rapid. If you do not have sufficient space in your home, you will be crashing it continuously. I'm a tiny disappointed in this heli as i thought that it would be as stable and more quickly than the S107 but it is just faster, no where close to as stable. I would save my cash.

A 3 channel fixed blade Helicopter sounded really good at the time.
Very first the Really good.
1. You get about 8 minutes of flight with it.
2. Stable as in not spinning.
3. Really Rapid.
four. It has a USB charger
Now the Bad.
1. It drifts to the left, mainly because it is only a three channel there is NO side to side control. In brief you can not preserve it
from drifting to the left.
two. considering it is not a four channel its especially challenging to manage, because of the constant slide to the left.
3. It has a IR transmitter so its only very good for indoor use.
4. Save you cash if you want an indoor fixed bladed Helicopter and get a Nine Eagles Solo Pro or a Superb wall Xieda 9958,
both use a two.four GHz Transmitter.
I am going to try to Mod My 9103 to see if I can fix the drift.
